Before forming Blue Door, Jenn held a number of management and executive positions. As Director of Marketing & Communications for an 800-seat non-profit performing arts center in Hanover, Pennsylvania, Jenn helped launch three successful fundraising events, over 35 annual performances, and three children’s performing arts programs. Jenn also worked as a Campaign Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the Allied Arts Fund, an organization that raises money and awareness for over 30 visual and performing arts groups in the Harrisburg, PA area. Since opening Blue Door, Jenn has continued her mission to help non-profits, artists, and small businesses succeed. Jenn’s expertise is in bridging the gap between artistic vision and smart business.

Ryan brings a multitude of skills and enthusiasm to the management of Blue Door. Ryan demonstrates his experience in sales, marketing, and technology, as well as his photography and multi-media skills. Ryan is also our customer service guru and keeps a keen eye on Blue Door’s work in the community.
